Timbertop is Geelong Grammar School’s Year 9 full boarding campus, located in Victoria’s high country near Mansfield, which offers a full academic and outdoor education programme designed to take advantage of the magnificent environment.

Our Receptionist and Administration Assistant promotes a positive and professional image of the Timbertop campus by providing high level customer service and information as the first point of call for all external enquiries, visitors and/or members of the School community. In addition, you will undertake a range of administration and clerical duties to support the School.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with a diverse range of people. You will have demonstrated experience in a busy customer focused organisation as a Receptionist, Administration Assistant or similar role, with the ability to prioritise multiple, competing priorities.

This is an ongoing, part-time position working 44 working weeks per year. The hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, 4 days per week (days negotiable), with an attractive remuneration package.

In accordance with the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic) (or similar legislation, Geelong Grammar School require all staff to provide evidence to the School that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses) or are otherwise medically exempt.
